At N003, each order is handled with precision and care. Please review the following terms regarding shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders that require additional verification.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, N003 is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or service interruptions.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Confirmation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled once marked as delivered by the carrier.

N003 is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly and are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

N003 is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Any claims for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier.

At our discretion, we may assist in submitting a carrier inquiry; however, this does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
